Naturgaben is a brand dedicated to bringing natural, handcrafted, and ethically sourced products from different parts of India to your doorstep.
Our range includes handmade chocolates, tea, coffee, essential oils, spices, cosmetics, and other natural products.
🍫 Products & Quality
Yes, most of our items are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
Absolutely. We avoid artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives wherever possible.
Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For chocolates, refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes before opening the pack, especially in warm climates.
Our skincare and essential oils are made from natural ingredients. However, we recommend a patch test before full use.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across most major cities and towns in India. Availability is shown at checkout based on your PIN code.
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Local deliveries may reach faster.
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery again. If the delivery fails repeatedly, the package may be returned to us.
💳 Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
COD may be available for select locations — this will be shown during checkout.
Yes. We use secure payment gateways and encrypted connections to protect your transaction details.
🔄 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled on the same day if they haven’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Please email support@naturgaben.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if verified.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
🧴 Care & Usage
Yes, every item includes a manufacturing and expiry date printed on the packaging.
We recommend consuming or using products within their shelf life for the best quality. Always follow the storage instructions on the pack.
