Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Naturgaben Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Naturgaben”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related responsibilities.
1: Packaging & Handling
Each order is carefully packed to maintain the quality and freshness of our products.
We use food-grade packaging materials, insulation, and cooling elements where required (for perishable items like chocolates).
Our team ensures that every parcel leaves our facility in secure condition, suitable for travel under normal delivery timelines.
2: Delivery Coverage
Naturgaben delivers across select cities and regions in India.
Availability of delivery to your location will be displayed at checkout based on your PIN code.
We currently process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3: Dispatch & Transit
- Orders are generally shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation, subject to product availability.
- Shipments are sent through trusted logistics and courier partners.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message with a tracking ID and courier details to follow your delivery.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe shown during checkout. However, delivery time may vary due to factors like location, courier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
4: Delivery Timelines
Typical delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Local deliveries (within city limits): 1–2 working days.
- Metro cities: 2–5 working days.
- Other locations: 5–10 working days.
Delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Some delays may occur beyond our control once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
5: Accuracy of Shipping Information
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and email are correct and complete at the time of placing your order.
We rely on the details provided to deliver your products accurately.Naturgaben will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:
- Incomplete, incorrect, or outdated addresses.
- Recipient unavailable or unreachable during delivery.
- Delay in providing an alternate address after the first attempt.
If the order is returned due to such reasons, re-shipment may be arranged at your cost.
6: Perishable Product Guidelines
Many Naturgaben products (such as chocolates and confectionery) are sensitive to temperature. We use insulated packaging and ice gels wherever possible, but some changes in texture or colour may occur during transit — this is normal and does not affect the product’s quality or taste.
To ensure the best experience, please refrigerate the package for 20–30 minutes before opening it, especially for chocolate products.
7: Delays and Exceptions
While we aim for timely delivery, certain factors like traffic restrictions, natural events, public holidays, or courier handling can occasionally delay shipments.
Naturgaben will not be held responsible for:
- Delays or damage caused by courier mishandling after dispatch.
- Parcels held by local authorities or postal services.
- Orders that cannot be delivered on the first attempt due to recipient unavailability.
8: Non-Delivery & Re-Delivery
If your package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, most courier partners will make one or two additional attempts.
If the order still cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-delivery may be arranged upon request, with additional shipping charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for perishable products returned due to delivery failure caused by incorrect address or absence of recipient.
9: Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email at support@naturgaben.in with photos of the package and item.
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
10: Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount.
If a return or re-shipment is initiated due to an error in the address or recipient unavailability, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
11: Change or Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel or modify your order within the same day of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or modified.
Refunds for cancellations (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
12: International Shipping
At present, Naturgaben ships only within India.
We are working on expanding to international locations in the near future.
